Product's Technology Specifications:

DM-350 is an automatic MAP TRAY SEALER. It uses vacuum pump to suck the air out completely form the vacuum chamber,then fill the protective gas mix,which is suitable for keeping food fresh. With the same pressure outside and inside of the vacuum chamber it starts sealing.Modified Atmosphere highly exchanged.Meanwhile, WITT mixer assures the atmosphere strictly mixed. Supply chain efficiencies: Put the filled tray into the mould and turn the start button on,the mould moves into the vacuum chamber, vacuum suction, gas flushed, sealing, film cutting, the mould moves out automatically. (Tray goes upward after the mould moves out, the speed of upward can be adjusted.)

Technical Characteristics:

1. Replaceable mould: One machine is suitable for different size tray packaging,The mould

can be replaced easily.

2. Adjustable height of the tray: The height of the tray can be adjusted easily.

3. Control system: OMRON PLC, the program can be adjusted according to customer's

requirements.

4. Atmosphere exchange under vacuum: Exchange, the atmosphere by vacuum pump,

assure the fresh atmosphere highly exchanged.

5. Fault alarm: assure the machine works normally.
